I had met Carlos through a mutual friend, also a lawyer whom knew myself and my child’s mother and wished not to get involved. From my first consultation, I knew that he was attentive, had an understanding of what I wanted and didn’t sugarcoat the possible outcome. I respected that he didn’t sell me a dream to gain custody of my daughter, have me shell out a ton of money only to say “we’ll get em next time”. He walked me through the process, explained how the courts work and what to expect and how we would respond….Almost like a chess instructor.
All he asks is that you’re honest so that he isn’t in the dark and that he can put you in a position to win. I didn’t win custody of my daughter, but I have constant visitation, prior to that I hadn’t seen my child in 6 months. I have the pleasure of seeing her grow into a young lady and I give all credit to Carlos, he graduated from my attorney to someone I’d consider family. He’s very humble, has a no nonsense approach and he knows the law, on top of that, he is prompt and returns calls asap. I will use Carlos for any legal matter that he specializes in from now on.
